Montgomery County Community College will celebrate women’s leadership in the workplace with its 6th Annual Leading Women Symposium and Golf Experience on June 3 at the Blue Bell Country Club. Proceeds from the event will benefit the College’s Foundation in its support of programs for women.
The event begins at 11 a.m. with a brunch symposium featuring a keynote address by Deb Takes, president and CEO of Harleysville National Bank and Trust Company.
Experienced golfers are invited to play in the Leading Women Invitational at 1 p.m. Teams will compete in an 18-hole Team Scramble, a fun, informal format. The “Learning Women” program, designed for new golfers, is a fun, state-of-the-art introduction to the game of golf. New players will receive basic game training by noted PGA and LPGA teaching professionals. The day concludes with a reception and awards presentation.
A variety of corporate sponsorship opportunities are still available. Each year, the Leading Women Symposium and Golf Experience hosts more than 130 business women in the greater Philadelphia area, providing a wonderful opportunity to reach decision-makers and potential clients. The event highlights women’s leadership in workplace and raises awareness of the College’s innovative programs for women. Individual golf packages are also available for $200.
